Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial activities, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. This is a key role supporting the finance and operational efficiency of our growing business. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain financial records and reports (P\&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections Assist with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory filings and returns Coordinate with auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits Maintain inventory and cost accounting records related to aluminium products Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial clarity and issue resolution Use accounting software such as Tally (or equivalent) Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and relevant financial software Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aluminium, construction, or building materials industry Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar cloud accounting tools Familiarity with e-way bills and vendor compliance procedures Why Join Us?
